Henry Vales
Founder, Managing Member & Chief Executive Officer

Henry Vales brings more than five decades of leadership, entrepreneurial experience and professional achievement across the entertainment, business, finance and creative industries.
He proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War as an Infantry Officer, after completing Infantry Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning, Georgia, with specialized training at the U.S. Army Special Warfare School in Psychological Operations. He is recognized as a 100% service-connected disabled veteran, and that commitment to service remains a defining element of his leadership philosophy.
He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (cum laude) in Music Business from Belmont University in Nashville, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami.
In 2001 he founded HQ Productions, growing it into a professional recording and production company serving independent artists, businesses and creative professionals. His experience spans professional songwriting, music publishing, record production, artist development, studio operations, arranging and orchestration, business consulting and intellectual property development.
He also served as Executive Director of the Golden Rule Foundation, a 501(c)(3) children's nonprofit, raising over five million corporate dollars through cause-related marketing, a decade of nonprofit service that continues to shape VHQ's commitment to mentorship, education and workforce development.

Jorge Vales Bolio
Co-Founder, Member & Director of Marketing and Strategic Development
Jorge Vales Bolio provides leadership in marketing, communications, social entrepreneurship, public relations and strategic development.
He contributes valuable expertise in digital communications and community-centered business development, strengthening VHQ's ability to build strategic alliances, expand brand awareness and support long-term organizational growth.
Working closely with the CEO, he helps ensure the company's mission is effectively communicated to artists, educational institutions, business partners, government organizations and the broader creative community.
